On this Valentine’s Day 2025, I would like to pause from the charts and data, and speak from the heart — about something we don’t always associate with research, but that lies at the very foundation of it:
Love.
At its core, research is about understanding. It’s about listening deeply, asking meaningful questions, and uncovering truth.
And what is love, if not the act of deeply understanding and caring for one another?
Every survey we design, every study we conduct, every insight we gather — all of it is rooted in our commitment to connect more fully with the needs, hopes, and realities of the people we serve.

It’s about uncovering the voices that often go unheard.

So today, as we celebrate Valentine’s Day, I want to remind us all that love is in the details.
