Objective:

To monitor, evaluate, and optimize digital performance across SayPro’s online platforms by collecting and analyzing key traffic metrics through the SayPro Analytics Dashboard. This initiative supports the February monthly goals (SCMR-17) and contributes to the overarching strategic goals of the SayPro Quarterly Responsive Design project, ensuring consistent growth, user engagement, and conversion improvement.

Scope of Work:

1. Platform Integration & Setup

  • Ensure the SayPro Analytics Dashboard is connected and actively tracking all SayPro digital properties including:
    • SayPro Main Website
    • Program-specific domains (e.g., SayPro Academy, SayPro Marketplace, SayPro Youth Services)
    • Mobile platforms and applications
    • Third-party platforms integrated with SayPro campaigns

2. Traffic Metric Categories to Collect and Analyze

A. User Acquisition Metrics
  • Total Visitors (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
  • New vs. Returning Visitors
  • Traffic Sources: Direct, Organic, Referral, Social, Paid
  • Top Referrers and UTM performance tracking
  • Campaign Performance Tracking
B. User Behavior Metrics
  • Pageviews and Unique Pageviews
  • Average Session Duration
  • Bounce Rate
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR) on key pages
  • Scroll Depth and Heatmap Interactions (where applicable)
C. Conversion Metrics
  • Goal Completions (form submissions, downloads, sign-ups)
  • E-commerce Tracking (where applicable)
  • Lead Generation Stats
  • Exit Pages and Drop-off Points
D. Device & Location Metrics
  • Device Breakdown: Desktop, Mobile, Tablet
  • Browser and OS Stats
  • Geo-location Data by country, region, and city
  • Mobile Responsiveness KPIs aligned with SayPro Responsive Design standards

Methodology:

1. Data Collection via SayPro Analytics Dashboard

  • Set custom KPIs aligned with marketing and operational goals
  • Define filters, segments, and goals in dashboard settings
  • Apply event tracking for interactive elements like buttons, video plays, and in-app features

2. Real-Time Monitoring & Alerts

  • Enable real-time traffic insights for rapid campaign monitoring
  • Set up automated alerts for anomalies in traffic (e.g., traffic spikes or drops)

3. Weekly & Monthly Traffic Analysis

  • Conduct detailed weekly analytics reviews for internal use
  • Provide summarized monthly performance snapshots to stakeholders, highlighting trends, insights, and action items

4. Quarterly Comparison & Trend Forecasting

  • Compare current data with the previous quarter and year-over-year
  • Use historical data to identify growth patterns, seasonal fluctuations, and forecast future engagement trends

Deliverables:

  • Monthly Traffic Analytics Report (PDF/Interactive Dashboard Link)
  • Executive Summary Slide with traffic highlights, key challenges, and recommendations
  • Traffic Heatmap & Clickflow Charts
  • Quarter-over-Quarter Performance Comparison
  • Recommendations Sheet with actionable insights to enhance engagement and conversion

Alignment with SayPro Quarterly Responsive Design:

  • Validate responsiveness performance across device types using analytics
  • Identify areas with high mobile traffic but low engagement, to prioritize in responsive redesign
  • Track improvements in load time, bounce rate, and session duration post-design updates
