Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this role is to ensure that all vendors selected for SayPro’s events meet their contractual obligations in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. The role plays a critical part in maintaining the high standards of SayPro’s events by ensuring that vendors perform according to the agreed terms, whether it be related to equipment, catering, décor, or other event services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish Clear Expectations with Vendors:
    • Define Vendor Responsibilities: Work with vendors to ensure that their roles, responsibilities, and deliverables are clearly defined in the contract, including timelines, quality standards, and the scope of work.
    • Communicate Key Milestones: Ensure that vendors are fully aware of key event dates, milestones, and their specific responsibilities leading up to and during the event. This includes delivery dates, setup and breakdown times, and specific service requirements (e.g., catering, décor setup).
