Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor Identification and Selection:

    • Vendor Shortlisting: Create a list of qualified vendors for services such as catering, decor, AV/IT support, entertainment, transportation, event staff, and more, based on event requirements. Evaluate options to determine the best fit for each service needed.
  2. Vendor Negotiation and Contracting:
    • Negotiation of Terms: Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective pricing without compromising quality. Address key terms such as timelines, pricing, service expectations, deliverables, and any special arrangements required for the event.
    • Legal and Compliance: Collaborate with legal teams (if necessary) to ensure that contracts are compliant with SayPro’s policies and any applicable regulations. Ensure that all vendors sign appropriate agreements that detail terms and responsibilities.
