Key Responsibilities:

  1. Procure Event Materials:
    • Identify Material Needs: Collaborate with event planning teams to determine what materials are necessary for each event. This may include promotional items (e.g., branded merchandise), signage, printed materials (e.g., brochures, programs), and attendee kits (e.g., swag bags, informational packets).
